Patented thermal management design: PHASE CHANGE HEATSINK

This kind of aluminum housing is a heat sink with Vapor Chamber studded inside, perfectly combined the vapor chamber technology together with the traditional heat sink housing.

Structure of   the temperature equilibrium cavity of this new housing is consisted of the heat sink's baseboard, heat plate, infused vacuum purification liquid, and the cavity's inner structure.

How does this system working?   

>The Liquid evaporating at the heat source inside the cavity, then diffuse in the whole space of the cavity, and congealed on the inner surface of the cavity, finally, the congealed liquid will flow back to the source by the structure of cavity and evaporation again. this system greatly improveds the heat dissipation efficiency.

1.Normal Packing with canton(export packing), goods can be packed under the customer's requirement.   

2.If it is fragile, we will provide wooden case to protect them, if ship by sea, shipping trays can be offered for customers.

1 Set = 2 Boxes (Lamp Base + Reflector). We will pack the reflector by wooden box outside to prevent damage and deformation in the transportation.
